Report

Selecting Report on the My Setup menu displays the Report Setup screen, shown below, which allows you to configure your Report Settings within Sf CRM. Follow the steps below to work with the Report Setup screen.

  1. Indicate which Reports theReport Manager should display by making a selection from the 
    Report Manager should show reports owned by
  2. Indicate what Report Manager should display for each Report by selecting the Report Name, Owner, Type or Use Query check boxes.
  3. Select the Main Object for the Report Settings fields being established here from the Select fields to report
  4. Click Modify for the Tabular Report Type to make modifications to that Report Type.
  5. Click Modify for the Two Line Report Type to make modifications to that Report Type.
  6. Click Modify for the Detailed Report Type to make modifications to that Report Type.
  7. Click Modify for the Distribution Report Type to make modifications for that Report Type.
  8. Click Save to save these settings to the system.

Modify Tabular Report Type

Clicking Modify for the Tabular Report Type on the Report Setup screen displays the Modify Tabular Report Type screen, shown below, which is used to make changes to existing Tabular 
Reports. Follow the steps below to work with the Modify Tabular Report Type screen.

  1. Select the Object from the Select an Object list if you want the Report Type modified for is not displayed.
  2. Ensure that Tabular is selected on the Report Type list.
  3. Move Recent Record items from the Available list to the Selected List by selecting them and clicking Add/ Insert. Multiple selections can be made using the Ctrl and Shift keys .You can add all the items from available List to selected list by clicking Add All. Conversely, move items from the Selected List back to the Available List by selecting them on the list and clicking Remove. Or you can remove all items from Selected List by clicking Remove All.
  4. Select the Grand Total check box to display grand totals within the Report.
  5. Click Save to save your preferences.
  6. Click  to exit this screen without saving any changes.

 Modify Two Line Report Type

Selecting Modify for the Two-Line Report Type on the Report Setup screen displays the Modify Two Line Report Type screen, illustrated below. Follow the steps below to work with the Two-Line Report Type screen.

  1. Select a different Object from the Select an Object list if the Object you want the Report Type modified for is not displayed.
  2. Ensure that Two-Line is selected on the Report Type list.
  3. Follow Steps 3-6 from Modify Tabular Report Type to complete Modification.

Modify Detailed Report Type

Selecting Modify for the Detailed Report Type on the Report Setup screen displays the Detailed Report Type screen, illustrated below. Follow the steps below to work with the Detailed Report Type screen.

  1. Select a different Object from the Select an Object list if the Object you want the Report Type modified for is not displayed.
  2. Ensure that Detailed is selected on the Report Type list.
  3. Follow Steps 3-6 from Modify Tabular Report Type to complete Modification.

 Modify Distribution Report Type

Selecting Modify for the Distribution Report Type on the Report Manager screen displays the Distribution Report Type screen, illustrated below. Follow the steps below to work with the Distribution Report Type screen.

  1. Select the Object from the Select an Object list if you want the Report Type modified for is not displayed.
  2. Ensure that Tabular is selected on the Report Type list.
  3. Move Recent Record items from the Available list to the Selected List by selecting them and clicking Add/ Insert. Multiple selections can be made using the Ctrl and Shift keys .You can add all the items from available List to selected list by clicking Add All. Conversely, move items from the Selected List back to the Available List by selecting them on the list and clicking Remove. Or you can remove all items from Selected List by clicking Remove All.
  4. Click Save to save your preferences.
