Selecting Email Options on the My Setup menu displays the Email Options screen, shown below.
User can see all the email accounts by clicking on Email options under My Setup.
- Edit: Users can edit Name ,Email address and Password then click on Save to save changes.
- Delete: Users can delete an account by clicking on delete.
- The message box shows up.
- Click on Ok to delete the account or Cancel to exit window without any changes.
Deleting all accounts from the email options will add New tab to Email Options.
- New: Click on new to create a new account.
- Clicking on new opens the login information page.
- Fill in Name, a valid email address and password to login and add an account.
- Click on Login to login to the inbox.
