Soffront Enterprise has introduced a new system alert, which will notify you when any email gets added under email queue or failed to deliver to recipient.
Benefits:
- With the assistance of this new feature, you should be able to understand in case any notification email or any other email does not delivered to your respective customer or to any internal users, this way you may rectify the error for mail sending.
- Also, if you have used scheduler for the notification, then you should be able to verify from here the email deliver queue.
This notification icon will appear on the top right corner as shown in the image below:
If you click on the notification icon it will take you directly to the list of failed emails.
