Soffront Enterprise has introduced a new email indicator to update users if they have received any new e-mail in their CRM inbox, however for that user need to open the CRM inbox in a new tab and once user receive any new email, then that e-mail tab would blink to indicate for the arrivals of new emails.
Step 1:
- You need to open your CRM inbox in a new tab, and you may proceed working with your other tabs as below:
Now, once you receive any new email, then your open inbox tab would blink as below:
