Setup your calendar preference to personalize your Calendar view.
Step1 is to set which fields from Activity table should show up to identify your Activities in calendar.
Step2-1 is to set your working hours that would get listed while you create your Activity record in CRM
Step2-2 is to display only the Activities of specified status in your calendar
Step2-3 is to make the specified view filters (i.e. Queries). You can add this queries to your home page.
Step2-4 Activities Pop Interval, allows you to setup popup reminder within 1to 15 mins before a scheduled appointment, which will show up on the bottom right hand corner of your home screen.
